12borejimbo
I used to have an F plate Fourtrak, and a very good truck it was, lift kit, big wheels, the lot until a mate had a crash in it while borowing it. Long story. Anyway, I have been offered a Fourtrak on another forum, its a K plate so 1992, got 180k on the clock, looks fairly tidy but has not tax or MOT. Just ran out apparently as he is now using his van for forrestry work and tree surgery. He wants £500 for it, would you go for it or not? At the moment I am without wheels but I also have the opportunity to buy a single cab l200 pickup for £1500 with 6 months MOT and tax on a T plate. Do you think I should save for something like this? What would you do?
Lampwick
If its sound and runs well go for it! Spend the grand you save on some toys. Lampy
88b
That's an old Four Track but they are well built with a proper chassis, although parts can be hard to get. No idea how tall you are but every single cab PU I've tried there's not a lot of leg room if your over 6 foot.

It is for sale now and is in the sales section only difference to the sales add if it went now is the new grabbers would still be on truck at additional cost as i havent got a disco to put em on yet. Pm me if you need to have a look/drive or want to know more. atb,Karl
Bleeh
I've heard they are really go anywhere cars, but Rot is meant to be an understated issue, as is it's petrol consumption.
