bakerboy
My wife made the Chocolate Cream Brulee with it the other night, whilst not as good as the normal Creme Brulee, I have to admit it works pretty well. She/we are on the Philadelphia diet plan at the momemnt, and again I have to admit it is pretty good especially the fish pie, and thai green curry

Beardo
As cream cheese is the basis for many desserts it doesn't sound like a strange combination

amateur
I found it a bit sweet. I have, however, made a similar cheesecake topping for many years by blending a bar of melted 85% cocoa Lindt chocolate with a small tub of Marscapone cheese - it's very rich, very chocolatey, and not too sweet.
