motty
My mate finally sent me the pictures of a day's shooting we had on 14.10.11. Sam - one of my shooting pals - is on the left. I'm the one on the right with my yellow lab,Shandy. The 340 pigeons were shot on barley stubble. I just thought i'd share the pictures with you lot. pigeon controller
Well done, the problem with big bags like that is keeping them cool for the freezer, but it's nice to get them.

motty
Well done, the problem with big bags like that is keeping them cool for the freezer, but it's nice to get them. It was a real chore sorting all of the birds out. They were put into the truck for the journey home, then put into crates overnight. Then back into sacks for the trip to the game dealer in the morning, where i helped crate them up again. Luckily, all of the birds were sold ok.
