tbox
Lucky Man! They're supposed to be cracking guns by all accounts. I'm in the process of building up the financial courage to get one myself, but the family holiday and various other things take priority..... Apparently Enjoy it! sheene7
Bought a 725 myself end of feb, not had chance to put many cartridges through it yet , but it handles really nice I had some sleepless nights wondering whether I should spend that much on a gun, but pretty pleased I did so far. I was looking for a secondhand gun, but been a lefty there wasn't too much about at the right money what finally sold it for me , was the 10 year guarantee, it should last me until I decide to call it a day. Hope you enjoy it !

poorpeet
Hi Sheen, Looks like you went through the same process I did re LH. Plus the wood on this one is better than average, it was cheap (ish) and there are no more coming in until Sept/Oct. Just hope I get on with it! tbox
DAMN THIS THREAD!!!! It just cost me £1,750 at Sporting Targets. I only went in for a waterproof jacket and there it was... a 725 Sporter in left hand cast with 30inch barrels. Bloody thing fitted like a golve.. Oh well! At least I got them to throw a years membership in with it :good: T-Box.

Browning 425 clay hunter
I was looking at the 725 at hodnet today. Very nice looking gun and from the review I read in a shooting mag whilst having a brew it won the best buy test hands down. I'm very envious. Congrats on the new gun Edited May 3, 2012 by Browning 425 clay hunter

Not good at all mate.... it is a very expensive addiction! TBH I was picking up a 725 from shooting with a Bettinsoli - Which although I have a great deal of fondness for and has not missed a beat, is not in the same league as Browning/Beretta etc so you could really notice the difference in balance, feel and quality. I'm not sure you would notice the same vast improvement from you 525 though as you're already handling quality.
HDAV
I almost went for a cynergy when I got the 525 and prefered the slim action but a LH cynergy used at the time was none existent and the black ice I went off when I shot it, 725 seems to have the best of both always liked the look of the bettinsoli I think current financies dictate it won't happen for a while

Feels better each time I pick it up. Even starting to like the palm swell Yes , they are really nice to handle (Oooh matron ). I had a LH 682 before , it was a lovely gun that I said I wouldn't sell, but then last may ,a mate of mine offered me a motorbike at a price I couldn't refuse so I advertised the gun and sold it to a guy in Sweden. The thing I have noticed between the two , the 682 had quite a lot of cast on it , but the 725 seems to be neutral, the only difference between LH & RH is the palm swell I think. Hope the weather holds out this sunday , so I can get out and scare a few clays with it
