UKPoacher
Beautiful! must dig out my copy of Legends of the fall, magic film. Thanks for posting. Never mind that. Dig out your old slow actioned fly rods and go paddling round the shallows in your local commercial. See if you can find an obliging pole angler on the far bank who doesn't mind you fishing his swim Cracking example of urban fishing. I wonder what flies they were using? They went in with quite a splash yet must be surface lures.
oscarsdad
I am not so sure about him being a legend...didn't appear to have much finesse whipping up the water! I suspect floating bait rather than a fly/lure.
billytheghillie
reason he is whipping up water is because he is using a cane rod, i,d say about 11-12 foot, maybe longer. try casting a fly to land like thistle down with one of these outfits.
