new to the flock
When BBQ-ing just the breast plate, I usually place two stips of bacon across and top that with a slice of orange. Cook at a medium heat covered. NTTF
Axe
The Pigeon Pockets were great. Next time I do Pigeon on the BBQ I will marinade the breasts in a mix of Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil and Sea salt.
mel b3
i make pigeon kebabs . cut pigeon breast into 1" cubes and marinade in soy sauce garlic and olive oil (any of your favourite seasonings will do though) i then put the pigeon onto skewers with onion , tomato , mushroom and pepper, if i've got time i'll wrap each cube of pigeon in bacon but sometimes i make up to 80/90 kebabs so it's a bit time consuming to say the least , i even got my wifes veggy mate eating them but she'd drunk half a gallon of cider beforhand
