i make pigeon kebabs .

cut pigeon breast into 1" cubes and marinade in soy sauce garlic and olive oil (any of your favourite seasonings will do though) i then put the pigeon onto skewers with onion , tomato , mushroom and pepper, if i've got time i'll wrap each cube of pigeon in bacon but sometimes i make up to 80/90 kebabs so it's a bit time consuming to say the least , i even got my wifes veggy mate eating them but she'd drunk half a gallon of cider beforhand

Superb mate

I like to make a marinade of crushed garlic and rosemary in olive oil,it adds a bit of a mediterranean taste to it :yp:

Be VERY careful when you BBQ it........................it goes V dry if its left too long........I ended up chewing it for weeks...
