Fuji Shooter
What size are the carts? Have you tried 70mm ones through it?
steve_b_wales
That's your problem Rubbish! They will work best with 70mm cartridges. I have an 8 shot FAC version, and it never jams, and cycles the spent shells very quickly.
station
What size are the carts? Have you tried 70mm ones through it? Good call Get some Kent Velocity 28g 7.5's through it (I only use fibre). Cheap, very clean cartridge that cycles mine evertime. ATB

BerettaSV10
Well it was bound to make SOME people bite!! Not the usual amount of biting though. Had the same prob with my escort the weekend, with 65 mm cartridges was 50 / 50 on 65 mm carts. When using the recomended 70 mm carts it never misses a beat, also used 67 mm cartridges at the weekend and it never missed a beat with them either. Also worth checking the 2 gas ports and gas plug are clean and the O ring is in the right place and not damaged, and the escort is nicely oiled. Fuji Shooter
My SX3 would never cycle 65mm, 67mm jammed occasionally, 70mm never missed.

bedwards1966
That's your problem Stop being silly. 70mm carts, they aren't supposed to be used on anything shorter. Make sure the gun is clean, and in the unlikely event it's still not working try another brand of cartridge. Is it brand new? Sometimes they just need to loosen up a bit, a box of heavy (50g+) carts can speed this up. Edited November 12, 2012 by bedwards1966
Pillower
Ah I think I may have a solution! Put 30 -32gms through instead of 28gms. I saiy this as a friend of mine bought one to muck about with and found it cycled much better and more efficiently with heavier loads. Lord Geordie
If you mean they get stuck in the MAGAZINE then check the tube for dents and cracks! It could be crushed. Also check the spring is not getting snagged on the restriction crimps. If it's the empties being ejected and they get stuck you can have the gas port opened up a little to allow lighter carts to cycle better. mr salt
keep it clean stick some 32-34grms through it. really clean the gas port on the barrel. dont over oil the gun. a new o ring may help
