turbo33
I reloaded 80 odd 12g yesterday with the Lee Loadall press. Quite pleased with the finish result

roughshooter
A quick spin in a drill press with a gaep spinner would make them look like factory cartridges. People diss the Lee but in the real worl they take a hell of a lot of beating for finish and value for money Regards Graham

bigmac1
Looking good. What a friend told me to do to finish them off was to place a single washer of about 3/4"inc or so, so it fit's inside the top of the cart and then repress it. Give's a neater job. I've super glued the washer in the final closing stage of the press. Hope this is of help to you. Malc
sitsinhedges
I agree with Roughshooter, buy a spinner and they will be awesome even though they are fine as is

It would just bring that roll a little bit higher. Good tip
pestcontrol1
I also use a lee load all and cant fault it really i use the washer on the top and find it works well and is faster then spinning the crimps up with the drill but i still use it from time to time. But they are looking fine get some more knocked up
turbo33
TBH, they are so good, its not worth the extra work, and the pigeon I shot today proves they are up to scratch
Lord Geordie
A 1 euro cent coin is the perfect size for a deeper crimp

Guest cookoff013
the funny thing about reloads, is aslong as the components / data are good. making them on any machine still makes exellent ammunition. no-one knows what they have been made on. they look exellent BTW. deershooter
By using less first crimp you might be able to get them even better, try and avoid letting the crimp get neer the rim then it will avoid the hexagonal shape that can occure you will be amazed how little first crinp is requirered Deershooter
turbo33
Thanks for the replies. I'm just impressed with the cheapo Lee loadall and its ability to do such a good job. I followed your advice Lord Geordie, quick press with the 1c euro, absolutely perfect Good tip
