Fudge40
Well after reading a few reviews on Pigeon watch about Cens and also the fact that I have been using ear defenders ever since I started shooting, which are not the most comfortable item to be wearing on hot days, and the fact that I have to take them off to hear a conversation with my shooting friends & then forget to put them back on in my excitement to shoot a decoying pigeon. which kills the ears and in the end will cause hearing damage. I took the decision to buy Cens. I ordered them at the CLA game fair from a company called Plugzz and they arrived on Thursday. I took them out on Friday. I can only say I wish I had purchased these sooner. They fitted great and where so comfortable I forgot to take them out until I got to the car and was putting my equipment away. My ears stayed nice and cool also which makes a nice change from the ear defenders I used to wear I could hear the conversations with my shooting friends and when the guns did fire the sound what almost silent. I was always sceptical about how good passive ear plugs would be compared to ear defenders but my fears have all be laid to rest. This is a Great product that I can highly recommend

aris
I had to have my moulds redone. Your plugs will only be as good as your moulds. Second time around they put a wedge between my teeth to keep my jaw open. The shape of your ear canal can change with the position of your ear. My ears are on the side of my head and have been for as long as I can remember, so no problem there .

Fudge40
it only took 3 weeks for my Cens to arrive which i thought was great for saying they had all the orders that I bet where taken at the CLA game fair.
Trevorevans
Had mine for about two months now and can't fault them. They are very comfortable, block out the gun reports and you can still hold a normal conversation while wearing them even though you do hear your own voice a bit but hey, a lot if people I shoot with seem love the sound of they're own voice anyway lol. malkiserow
Sounds good lads, what is the useful life as I understood that as we age the canal shape changes then you need new moulds.......? Just wondering........
Dominicrobed
I've had a pair of black on black digital ones for about 1.5 years now , I had the mould done by the main mad at their head office and two weeks later went and picked them up , they are amazing and like some one said even enhance your hearing !!! I totally forget that I am wearing them and can't recommend enough. I know they cost a lot of money but you only get one set of ears and you would not think twice about spending that or more on a gun so why not hearing protection
neil3728
I went for the sonic valve also by plugzz. Had mine a few months now and love them.
Richard.Hosgood
I had to have my moulds redone. Your plugs will only be as good as your moulds. Second time around they put a wedge between my teeth to keep my jaw open. The shape of your ear canal can change with the position of your ear. I had to do the same for one side only as the original was just slightly too small and I found myself fiddling / pushing it in continually. The waiting for the mould to set with dribble running down your chin isn't good is it
pigeonblasterian
I bought some from Plugzz at Newby Hall game fair. When they arrived i had to send them back as the mould would not fit the left ear. I got them sorted eventually and they had sent me the wrong mould for the left ear. It was their fault and they never even refunded return postage.

They block the sound right out and are made from the softest silicon ever......each is attached to a cord so there set to hang round yer neck !! Easily the most comfortable ear protection I have ever tried !!! try them out !!! http://www.amazon.co.uk/Daydream-Ear-Plugs-Set-2/dp/B006LW1DMU/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1376938424&sr=8-4&keywords=ear+plugs+for+sleep
byjovecarruthers
I highly rate these as a cheaper measure: http://www.surefire.com/ep3-sonic-defenders.html They cost the same in £s in the UK as they do in $s in the US but are hard to find. Very effective.

Cosd
Anyone near North of North London (Barnet/Potters Bar junctions), I can highly recommend a hearing specialist whom I used. She works from home and she can see you in the evenings as well as day time at your convenience. When I called her on a Thursday, she saw me Friday evening for the moulds and I had my CENS sent to me in just over a week. http://www.aid2hearing.co.uk/
