SNAKEBITE
Hopefully, the Police have the right man, if so, then they deserve some praise for their fast work. As long as the confession isn't in shakey writing and written after "He just fell down the stairs guv'nor" they should be o.k. Hope the ****** rots. Yes I have made the odd joke about it, but he really was a sicko.
Wookie
Fast work indeed, but given the amount of coverage that the red light area has with CCTV, it's not surprising that they had a lot of info. They also had help from just about every other force around. I was in Tesco out near the police HQ on Saturday night and saw a car from Merseyside force loitering outside. Good luck to them though. I hope they got the right bloke and have a cast iron case against him. I know they had to let the bloke they accused of murdering that girl in Felixstowe go because of lack of evidence. ChrisNicholls
Seeing as they have released the suspects, name they must be pretty certain they have the culprit. Fine work if that is the case, not good for the bloke if not.

MC
Looks like the heats off Martincavie then Excuse me, I am from Essex. I am not one of those six toed, web footed suffolk locals. I only pop up there now and again to help them out with their beating. Thanks for the vote of confidence Mungler. Fancy losing a few quid over Xmas sometime? I would happily celibrate your freedom with you. I am not fussed where we shoot - is Braintree easier for you? I will see if the force is still running for me on the Batue. As for losing a few quid, I recall being in credit with you to the tune of £5. Do you fancy Dartford - if you haven't been we should go just so you can see the club house - leather Chesterfields no less. I can also tell you the rest of the Mr Kipling joke, although I can see Snakebite has already heard it

Cranfield
After watching the news and reading the newspapers this morning, I have lost that warm glow of confidence. It seems that this bloke is a fantasist and could be just looking for some attention, he almost invited the Police to arrest him. "Nothing significant has been found to link him to the murders", was about the most depressing thing I read.

Mungler
******, looks like shooting with Martincavie is now off for the next 30 years or so.
Dunkield
Just think how much that fiver will be worth with interest by the time you see it though Mungler. Interesting that the Police/press aren't splashing this bokes name all over the place though. If the other guy is completely innocent the rest of his life isn't going to be much fun... Wookie
I just hope that the police have done a better job than the Telegraph. Apparently the first bloke came from Trimley St. Martin, near Lowestoft... Idiots. Just glad I moved from Bealings now, but still worried for the GF. Suffolk shooter
I'd just like to say that the reason I've not been on here for a few days has nothing at all to do with me being detained in a cell anywhere in Suffolk. Mungler, you may be right about MC, after all he has been coming to suffolk quite alot recently especially in wooded areas (Martin, that'll teach you for saying about inbred six toed suffolk people, it's not their fault their mums and dads are related with the same parents ) Note: I only live here and was never born here In all seriousness though - I still say that it would take at least two people to lift a woman whose either drugged or dead already weighing a dead weight of approx 8-10 stone, and that one person could never do it themselves without making tracks over the muddy fields and overgrown areas that the bodies have been discovered in. It would seem that the first bloke was only named because he did an interview in one of the sunday papers stating that he had been interviewed four times and that he knew all the girls. I was alarmed when I opened the paper (NotW) to read an article about someone I have had professional dealings with knowing all five girls. A colleague I work with phoned the Hotline about him, fingers crossed he isn't anything to do with it though. It is a bit eery round here at the mo, with police on every corner in Ipswich, girls frightened to go out and yet no real way of knowing whether or not the police actually have the right guy(s). Here's hoping they do though. Personally I have two theories on who did it: - 1) Eastern Europeans moving into the local area and wanting to control the Redlight area. Lots of Russian, Polish, Latvians etc have recently moved into the area. 2) A local person(s) who has some sort of vengenance (Slightly insane as well) reason. Why, because to have disposed of the bodies in the locations they were found, means that you would have to have known those roads and where they went. they are not the sort of roads you just happen to drive down. Ask anyone whose local.
