Ferreting with hawks

Had a client out today flying a Hawk along with a friend who is a bit of a dabhand with a camera.

I popped the ferret down a nice warren and we stood back and waited for a bolt.

It didn’t take long, and fair play to my mate he caught it with the camera.

I have had to reduce the size of the pictures to put them up on here.

The springer was freebee last season as it was untrainable....lol

Looks like great fun. I will have to get down your way when I get some time to myself.

As for the un trainable dog can you train my daughters to do what I tell them ( Please ). :sad1:
