Underdog
to be asked on a beaters day but not of been beating this season there! 14 drives of quality birds, 107 pheasants and I shot 22, a record for me on a beaters day! It was a joy to work my dog again and admire her talents, and she caught her first rabbit but with such a soft mouth she dropped it the moment it squealed lol. The weather was much better than expected too. It was good to see the snow drops in a spot I see them every year too, seem late this year! Underdog.
