After weeks of shopping around and shouldering many different guns not to mention countless hours on the internet reading reviews etc I've finally parted with some hard earned cash and purchased my first gun.

The gun i chose in the end was the Beretta Silver Pigeon Deluxe and after picking it up yesterday afternoon I'm over the moon its now in my cabinet. my experience at Greenfields Salisbury was second to none and i would certainly be going back there.

All thats left now is for this weather to hold off over the weekend so i can go and put some lead through it!!!

Got my .308 Rem SPS at Greenfield a few years back, is that very pleasant Eye Candy still there?

Edit

Beretta Silver Pigeon Deluxe

I'm lost with the Silver Pigeon these days, what is that, I have a Silver Pigeon 3, there seems to be loads of Silver Pigeon variations!

Well done and I hope you love your gun. I've had a Silver Pigeon for over 15 years and it has given me excellent service.

I love Sipe 5's through it too if that helps!

Have lots of fun and many many memorable days out!
