team tractor
I've just heard that cci aren't supplying the uk with stock but my v22 don't like subs. I need high velocity rounds so what else is their please ? I don't want a wax covered head and prefer the copper coated
kent
RWS are reputed to be very good HV but never used them and suspect they might be waxed, most HV seems to be from the States as it has less appeal to European shooters generally I suspect

Whitebridges
RWS hollow point HV subs are easily the best HV ammo I've tried in my Anschutz 1417. They are lightly waxed and copper coated. I don't use many but like to carry a few. They shoot to the same POA as RWS subsonics in my gun out to 70 yards.
Imperfection
You could try Remington Yellow Jackets, but i found their accuracy disapointing. The best HV ammo (apart from Stingers which curiously are spot on in my CZ511) are Winchester Lasers-these are excellent. Underdog
Federal American Eagle and their other stuff are ok. How come you don't want the wax lubed stuff? Actually they are all lubed ! Anyway, the Eley HV ammo is a favourite of mine. Winnie Laser are good too. U.

bruno22rf
I find RWS HV the best by far-not easy to get hold of though last time I tried.

I use WD40 to clean my self loader and rarely have any issues with ammunition.
Underdog
I use to swill the un-stocked action in it and let it drip dry over night then strip and clean. It does loosen the crud. I bet paraffin would. If that action starts hanging up I bet a quick squirt of a penetrating oil will soon have it back on song at the range. Like imperfection say's

Try Woodlands in Great Shefford just north of Hungerford - got mine from there (don't buy them all please ha ha!).

Winchester Lasers are what I used to use many years ago. I found them to be very accurate while putting them through my BRNO B/A and Winchester 9422 U/L
