Mentalmac
Mos motorists have bad manners. My colleague (who is Peruvian) cycled in to work yesterday (on a cycle path) as he only goes slowly on his mountain bike. A driver drove straight over the path off his drive nearly knocking Ray off. He was ok luckily but narrowly avoided far worse. The driver went on to shout at Ray and tell him he was a 'bloody idiot who can't cycle'. Face it, SOME lorry drivers are obnoxious, SOME drivers are obnoxious, SOME motorbikes are obnoxious and SOME cyclists are obnoxious. There will ALWAYS be a minority group of militant something's in every group (even cultures and religions).

Boromir
Well the only time I nearly see an incident happen my dash cam wasnt on. Following a motorcyclist we go round a round about and as we turn off the motorcyclist nearly hits a cyclist using a cycle path that crosses the road. Motorcyclist was ****** off shaking his head and smacking his helmet, he had to stop either to have a go at the guy or to calm himself down. And we was not going fast either. As said wish my dash cam was on could of shown it.

digger
I have to drive past Box Hill to and from work, safe to say a lot of bike riders see this as a road built for them. Tailbacks of 100 cars are common as they pretend they are in the olympics. Have seen vids on youtube where they justify riding like fools by saying "I was taking the racing line". No, idiot, its a road. If you love it, go to a velodrome, wear your ridiculous clothing there and keep Britain moving

kdubya
I think the poor cyclist are loosing this one lol What that actually means is you feel the lazy idol **** who cant possibly spare a moment, are more prevalent in number than those who actually want to exercise, without the threat of being killed by an idiot who does not have the brain capacity to control, both his speed and temper, when confronted by slower moving traffic. Google it There more accidents caused by dangerous driving by cars than hgv and that's a fact. Be patient just because you have to wait behind a lorry who cares It's called planning your routes if you going on the a14 your going to have to wait behind a lorry hmmmm you will. And I'll let you into a little secret if your doing a lot of contry lanes..... Shhhhh you will be surprised...... You might have to wait behind a tractor........ Shhhh don't tell any one top secret...... shootnfish
Cyclist's are probably the most ignorant people i come across on the road. Many a time i have been stuck behind a cyclist or a group of them hogging the road patiently waiting for it to be safe to pass and when you do very very rarely do you get any thanks nothing no acknowledgment at all, most are Lycra clad t??ts, not all but most.
