Are all of the internal bits identical (2 different pieces obviously)?

It looks like they have taken the original internals and cut it down into baffles and spacers. I suspect it is easier to manufacture a bunch of baffles (easier to cut when you have easy tool access to all of the cut areas) and stack them together rather than machine 1 large piece. If there is a defect on part of the 1 large piece you're out an entire moderator internal. If there is a defect on one of the baffles then you're out only 20% of 1 moderator's internals.

thanks

rick

I contacted the company by email this morning, and have just received an email back.. No mention about the difference between the SAK & Mk 2 version, but the email reads:

Hello Steve,

Thank you for your email to us.

Jep, you can use SAK silencer with .22Hornet also.
.22Hornet is burning aluminium inside more than .22lr but if you are shooting small numbers its just fine.
We havent test how many it can take to have too much.

Easy to see if you just open silencer time to time and look up first and second hole inside if it grow.

Br,

Sampo
