loriusgarrulus
This is the compact version. They had a first version out before this called the Hunter I think which was bigger. Not so bad if you think it is a complete kit in itself with no need for a scope with adons and wires and battery pack. It just looks weird because we are used to seeing a tube type scope on top of a rifle. If you go back to the home page it shows the Hunter next to the Field Master, so they have scaled it down quite a lot. There was a Hunter for sale on ebay a few weeks ago. happyshooter
I have the 1st pitch black nv unit , and although it looks different it works extremely well and is great value for the money, the rats/bunnies do not complain about its looks as they depart this life.!!!! and its performance is better than a photon everytime!!!! atb brian

Googleplex
I would rather use my home build, lots of info on the net, a lot cheaper to, have a look nothing to loose except a lot of money.
