Thunderbird
Had a little tickle from the 3:15 at Cheltenham today thanks to PW's finest tipster. Was in a good mood so I dropped £500 into the bucket for the local Tory candidate. He's a real hunting, shooting and fishing man so it will be money well spent. Nice one Mike

Dunkield
Talking of FM. Do we have an update on his diet?
Scully
It's to keep out UKIP mate. It'll take more than 500 quid to keep out UKIP. A bloke I work with has just donated 2 grand to UKIP.

malkiserow
So are you going to drop Fisherman Mike a nice bottle of Scotch just prior to the next Cotswold meet so you can drink it when he goes off to bed early........ Lol Edit, better still, whilst you at it supporting your local Conversative chap with some of your winnings, I think you ( and I am sure FMike would support my view) should donate said whiskey to your conservative MP as a sort of loreal 'because you are worth it' gesture. I applaud your action, I hope others do likewise. Edited October 17, 2014 by malkiserow

Nice one Mike Cheers...TB...that's a magnanimous gesture...and a smart move. Shame more people don't realise its only the Conservative party that will be able to preserve shooting and field sports in the future and protect it from non shooters who are the absolute majority. Fisherman Mike
Talking of FM. Do we have an update on his diet? Going well thanks 1st 6lbs to date and on target for 14 1/2 stone by end of January. Which is the top end of my ideal range for my frame size. To be honest as well as taking the herbal life protein I've cut out much of the **** like carbs, fat and sugar and have been drinking red wine rather than beer. Cranfield
Thunderbird, well done, you are lucky. As a result of FM's disastrous tipping in 2011, I only have one kidney.........................................I had to sell the other one to cover my losses.
