rovercoupe
Why do most of those that do realise they only have one headlight insist on driving with the working one on full beam ? Because common sense died many years ago.

Breastman
Why do most of those that do realise they only have one headlight insist on driving with the working one on full beam ? Check the license plate, is it 3 years or less old (or 5 years in the case of Kia's) - never been in for an MOT! My pet peev is people putting rear foglights on when there's the slighest wisp, and then leaving them on even though they've got a motorway full of traffic behind them They're there for when visibilty drops below 100m. If there's a car behind you within 100m TURN THEM OFF!!
Traztaz
There has been a European union ruling to stop car makers getting away with jobs like a bulb change having to involve a garage, as has been stated it turns out bloody expensive. The idea that you have to remove a bumper to change a bulb is mental, and in no way correct. The cars built before the ruling however will still be out there. They are still a pain to change mate,my wife's new focus although you don't have to remove the bumper the headlight unit still needs to come out.Not a difficult job but still a pain and requires a screwdriver and mahal to follow.Probably too much of a task for a woman.
