onatangent Posted February 3, 2015 Report Share Posted February 3, 2015 (edited) Some easy recipes online to make a beeswax based wax suitable for wood, variations to make a paste etc. I had enough of buying carp for my cars etc so formulated my own which is great for anything and everything requiring a shine. Synthetic polymer based waxes and pastes will last longer in harsh environments compared to carnauba, candelilla and beeswax for example. I have 3 tins of it left, and it's excellent on all types of wood, and give a nice smell to it afterwards. I'm not sure if it is still available to buy.
