spandit
A friend of mine, one of my FAC referees, invited me to her club for some paper punching, I'm pleased to say that all of my groups, at 25 yards, were sub-MOA and that was up to 10 groups per magazine... Actually, considering I haven't done any target shooting from standing and was using a heavy hunting rifle on untested ammunition, I think I did pretty well. Not much shabbier than my friend who has a completely custom 10/22 (which most of them seem to shoot) and a lot better than some others who were shooting there. For legal reasons, I'm not allowed to post pictures of my groups as the targets had to remain behind at the club but be assured they were all excellent. All in all, a fun morning and well worth it to sharpen the skills up
Carman06
How come you couldn't take your targets home?

spandit
How come you couldn't take your targets home? Complicated legal reasons that mean you have to trust me that they were all excellent
WelshMike
Complicated legal reasons that mean you have to trust me that they were all excellent A likely story indeed...easy to say such things without any proof but as we are so trusting we will take your word for it so...well done mate, fantastic shooting. fortune
For legal reasons, I'm not allowed to post pictures of my groups as the targets had to remain behind at the club HUH I shoot 22 rf prone at a club and there are no restrictions as to taking photos or taking cards off of the range ect. I take my practice cards home every week to keep a recprd of what / where I am off over a series of cards. What are these legal reasons ? I wouldn't like to be breaking some sort of rule that no ne knows anything about. Is it the mi5/6 rifle club?
thepasty
no proof then it didnt happen, rules of the house!
spandit
Is it the mi5/6 rifle club? That's classified Nice one, you used 10 targets then No, just 10 single hole groups on the same target Well done. Was that with your semi automatic? Yes, the Anschutz 525. They all shoot semis as some rounds are timed. I reckon it stood up pretty well considering it's not a target rifle & is pretty old
