Lots on sale .. which 18650 are of a good quality .. lm after a couple

I have had loads, the only ones that I felt where good was nightmaster and torchy boy but not cheap £11 each. The other ones are cheap for a reason you will be lucky if you get 2/3 month use out of them before they start failing in the field after an hour. The nightmaster or torchy boys will last 8hrs dep on use.

Sanyo, Panasonic, Sony, LG and Samsung are all very good. Don't buy a Ultrafire/Surefire type as they can be utterly rubbish. I have loads of unprotected ex-laptop batteries from the companies listed that work brilliantly (most are 2500 ish mAh). I'd be happy to give you half a dozen if you can find a carrier but Royal Mail won't take them unfortunately.
