fenboy
If you don't use shot larger than BB, that confirms what has been posted above. I do use larger shot than BB at times
TIGHTCHOKE
I've never fired at a pattern plate in my life, but Motty says his is even tighter, if his Super Choke is the .705" that Terror Choke describes. I would love to see the results of either and the range they were shot at.

fenboy
I meant steel shot bigger than BB. What I currently have came from gaep reloading , though clay&game also have BBB in steel

motty
Why? I would love to see the results of either and the range they were shot at.
TIGHTCHOKE
Because I would like to see the density of the pattern and the range it was shot over.
motty
Would you expect the patterns to be poor at long range? Because I would like to see the density of the pattern and the range it was shot over.
TIGHTCHOKE
I have no idea, I am not a 10 bore user but would like to see the pattern thrown at long range.
motty
I'll have to see if I can get out and pattern a few. I have no idea, I am not a 10 bore user but would like to see the pattern thrown at long range.

busbiter
Don't discourage George. He may even eventually provide non-toxic loads in the prince of lightweight wildfowling cartridges, the magnum (3") 16 bore. They do exist - I nearly bought one once made by Greener but have never regretted having second thoughts. . A 3" 16 bore, awesome!
