Vince Green Posted December 29, 2015 Report Share Posted December 29, 2015 (edited) Years ago in Germany the local lads used to blow up litter bins at the picnic stops on the Autobahns. Over here it would be regarded as terrorism but they seem to just take it as 'boys will be boys'. Explosives seemed to be easy to get hold of over there, it looks like their fascination for blowing up random inanimate objects for the fun of it has not gone away.
