del.gue
I bought a couple of sets 3 years ago for a keeper friend for drey poking. They seem ok.
Bobba
Currently, under "pigeon shooting tips" there is a thread on "lofting Dilemma" to which I have added a word of caution when using interlocking lofting poles.

secretagentmole
I have just bought a lofting pole to experiment with lofting decoys. I am however a tight fisted swine and already had the decoys which can also be used in the field. Means I just needed a pole with which to get them onto the boughs of the trees. I managed to find a Linea fishing whip at a tackle shop, 5 metres in length, cost, wait for it, £8.99! A bit of tinkering saw a nice paperclip attached as a hook, with me at the bottom it will have a reach of about 18ft! Not bad for under a tenner! ditchman
Lofting decoys really does work ...if you get or use the right tree for it...................i gave up lofting as it is a 100% pain in the bum...carrying all the stuff about and then getting them down....so what i did was to leave them in the hedge where i use them.........................yup....they went walkies ... Hi I'm sure they would work well on some of my permissions at this time of year with bare branches only want them for crows. atb Terry
Kelda
Anyone bought the new lofting poles off UKshoot warehouse they are the 8 piece set up. Is there a staff member off them on PW ? Hello eccles! Yes, we have PW members here amongst our staff. I see that you're potentially interested in our lofting poles. I have to say that they're a product that we're particularly proud of. They have been re-designed to be more compact yet stronger and sturdier than ever. They 'bow' less than any other professionally made product that we have seen on the market despite having more joins and poles than the traditional style. If you have any burning questions then we're here to help

steve_b_wales
Lofting Crow decoys into trees/onto branches, certainly pulls them in.
B725
I made my own from some ali tube and can put 1,2 or 3 full body crows on at the same time or a flapper and works well on the crows.
