Granett
You disagreed with the way the eu was run, you were clearly unaware that MEPS can do nothing to change a law once passed and therefore IN MY VIEW its undemocratic I've said no such thing. And where do you get the notion MEPs can't change law once passed? I'll stop talking about you calling racism's when you stop implying that I am racist, point me to anywhere I have been and I will apologise I'm far far from a racist and am discussed that anyone would accuse me of such, but then it is a common trick of the in crowd to shut an argument or point they don't like down I've lost track of who the racists are in this thread.Where did I call you racist - if I did, your racist post will be in the few posts above. youve got a hell of a cheek, highjacking our war dead, one of them was my family and my grandfather lost an arm, its my opinion and am positive speaking to my relatives it would've been there's. When are you going to understand the leave group have all got their own diverse reasons for wanting to leave and just because they differ from your views it doesn't make them wrong Stop telling me I've got a hell of a cheek when you are the one telling me what our war dead died for- you need to show them more respect. I have demonstrated that I;m capable of accepting differences f opinions (in stark contrast to mos on here) but when something is wrong - it's just wrong. Unless you're another "creationist-style" debater like Rewulf who's going to go down the "My truth may not be yours" type arguments. ....And meanwhile the list grows:- "Britain for the Whites" =/= "Slightly un-PC" And those who don't like it can benefit from "free movement" Or what? Are you going to shoot me? Edited June 18, 2016 by Granett

Rewulf
I see you dodged my question. You used quotes ,where does rodp say "Britain for the whites" And meanwhile the list grows:- BRYAN3, on 18 Jun 2016 - 09:40 AM, said: Granett, on 18 Jun 2016 - 09:32 AM, said: "Britain for the Whites" =/= "Slightly un-PC"
KFC
This is one of the few sites that I've found that appears to give a balanced debate. This is the article that confirms my my decision to vote leave is right for me. https://fullfact.org/europe/did-auditors-sign-eu-budget/
Granett
I see you dodged my question. You used quotes ,where does rodp say "Britain for the whites" Rodp said "white English .......... you know ............ the folk who's country this actually is, the one's born and bred here". Then, secretagentmole said, "I would say that yes, White people do own England" I'll let others judge whether it is more disingenuous to 1) represent their posts in paraphrase as "Britain for the whites", or 2) Completely ignore their comments, and instead try and make out the situation is the result of some left-wing crusade leaping on anything "slightly un-PC". Should I call you John? I see an identical debating style over at the Telegraph I see the IMF have now come out with a less than the instant Armageddon prognosis first touted as immutable fact by Lagarde . Also, Lord Guthrie now jumps ship from the remain side as well...something to do an EU ambition, the EU army. All this talk of racism ! yet you espouse AA Gill with his piece on Europe (the Eu in or out, post 109) which to me is pure European elitism, don't bother accusing me of racism as I fought the NF back in the seventies and still have the scars to prove it, I think its time to accept that people have different views about the EU and they are many and varied
Cranfield
Debate by all means, but posting personal insults against people that disagree with you is not acceptable. It should not be so difficult to accept that someone may have different beliefs than you and they are entitled to them. Experience also tells us that for every "fact" you post, someone can cut and paste another "fact" to disprove it. Learn to smile and nod and pass on. It should not be so difficult to accept that someone may have different beliefs than you and they are entitled to them. If you're calling racism a "belief" then you are wrong. Anyone got anything to say about Bryan3's comment? "Britain for the whites"...and those who don't like it can benefit from "Free Movement". Seriously? There is nobody on this forum other than me that is going to challenge that? Hang your heads in shame. Edited June 18, 2016 by Granett

Granett
Seriously? Is that your response? What point are you even trying to make? I make the point that "Britain for the whites" cannot be described as "slightly un-PC" and he quotes me and essentially says if I don't agree I can **** off. I'm bowing out. You're all starting to come across a bit too Thomas Mair. Your logic is too close to breaking point, you don't condemn racist at all, and you all own guns. I've got to think about my family. I was wondering when you would mention Mair ,you lot have got a lot more mileage to get out of that by Thursday. And yes we own guns, its a shooting forum, believe it or not. yod dropper
I've just followed up on something I had buried away in my memory and I did a little digging online to refresh my memory and the results seem quite consistent. Somewhere about the lower 60% of households are net recipients of the system. I wonder how many immigrants pass this threshold making a net contribution to the economy? "The point at which a household switches from being an overall “taker” to a “giver” is where disposable income, after all taxes and benefits are taken into account, passes a threshold of about £27,000, Smith & Williamson found. This would be where a household’s gross income fell somewhere between £35,000 and £38,000."
