Scully
A heavy dew and bright sunshine made for a fantastic morning up at rough shoot. Dozens and dozens of Pheasants enjoying the sunshine outside the woods, partridge lined up on the wall outside the cottage and roe in the woods. And ducks on the pond; none of which were shot; too nice a morning to shoot anything!
sako751sg
I cant remember a spell like this for a long long time at this time of year. Not very seasonal for the shooting but long may it last.
kennett
It is nice but I'm getting bored of carting cans of water round the shoot for the poults, starting to run out of light in the evenings now
roadkill
I really don't like it this warm and sunny, we had a shoot the other day and it felt wrong. Bring on the cold frosty mornings

Walker570
Standard late September/October, not altered a lot over the last 70yrs to my knowledge. Break out your mankinis because the met office say we are to be layered in snow from December through to February.
