R6demon
Hi Guys, Is anyone aware of a discount being offered for the shooting show tickets at stonleigh? I have check BASC, Google and searched the forum, but nothing comes up. Always feels good to save a few ££ Thanks Lee Edited January 29, 2017 by R6demon
countryman
There was a discount if you brought your tickets on line early. I think as its close now that has stoped.
R6demon
They are still available online here: https://www.shootingshow.co.uk/the-show/buy-your-tickets for £17 I was just seeing if anyone knew of a club etc. that were offering a discount as I know that BASC sometimes give you an additional 10%
Seadog1408
£17 isn't a bad price for what's there, I have paid a lot more for a lot less . Mike
R6demon
Thanks Mike, we have never been, but as we are 'new' to the sport we thought it could be a good day out. I'm happy to spend £17 on a ticket, but always worth a cheeky ask, to see if anyone knows a discount code!
steve_b_wales
You may or may not be aware that BASC members get free entry to the Game Fair at Hatfield House, Hertfordshire 28th-30th July.

R6demon
We plan on going Saturday too!! Any tips for viewing the show or parking as we have not been before?
Seadog1408
Parking is easy, lots of signs up, and not far to walk at all, as for viewing you get a map of the show areas with stands marked so very easy to follow. Mike
WinchesterDave
It's a superb show! We are going on the Friday; 4th consecutive year now. Cannot wait!
R6demon
I have been hearing good things about the show!! Stoneleigh is a great venue as well, easy to get in / out and they don't feel the need to fleece you at every turn, unlike the NEC etc. Is there a place to 'Try' Shotguns out? I know that there is an Air rifle range? Its my B'day the week after so I am hoping to pick up a couple of bargains on clothing as I would like a shooting Jacket (something like the Ridgeway Monsoon??) as the SnugPak I currently use is too delicate for pushing through hedges etc. How busy is the show on Saturday normally? I am not one for tight packed crowds, is it manic?
