Gordon R
Connery was a third rate actor, who believed he had a right to pass judgement on matters affecting a country he abandoned at the drop of a hat. Another lost in show business idiot.

Rewulf
Sorry, mad few days. Exactly! a very good question. Ive heard the donated goods are in a warehouse, and are being sold off. The money, once 'admin' and fees are taken out will be put into the charity account. Which will most likely sit there until someone on a huge 'salary' will deem some of it can be paid out. Vince Green
Ive heard the donated goods are in a warehouse, and are being sold off. The money, once 'admin' and fees are taken out will be put into the charity account. Which will most likely sit there until someone on a huge 'salary' will deem some of it can be paid out. Some of the money was raised by crowd funding, one site was reported to have raised over £2million. That money is totally in the control of the person who set up the crowd fund as crowd funding is pretty much unregulated. I personally don't think it should be allowed to be used for things like this. You have to wonder about these things, what sort of person sees a block of flats going up in flames and their first instinct is to open a crowd funding page.? I may be wrong, I hope I am, but the internet is like the wild west.
oldypigeonpopper
Despite over £3 million pounds being donated for survivors of the fire, much of it to unregulated cloud funding appeals set up by individuals with unknown credentials. People on the ground are starting to ask where is the money? Is this going to be the final insult to the victims? have the public been scammed? hello, thought to make an up date of vinces post, latest figures show nearly 19 million £ has been raised and very little has gone to those affected, now it sits in the bank of the uk charity commision.
