TaxiDriver
I've heard of it used for mite control in poultry, Is that what dog owners are using it for ? (Fleas/mites?)
Red-dot
It is the only non toxic wormer and it kills mites and ticks externally.
loriusgarrulus
I have tried it on our dogs and cats. They still had fleas. I use Advantage now. The rest of the sack is useful for soaking up spills of oil and cleaning things. Edited July 22, 2017 by loriusgarrulus

Daveo26
I use it for insect control in my poultry shed. Works well and never breaks down . It will kill fleas but takes longer than insecticides because of the way it works. Be care though some contain heavy metals, you can buy food grade that's pure white if your using it regularly. I have covered my dogs in it in the past but it makes a mess I just use it for poultry now
GingerCat
Poultry only for me. Fleas and ticks let alone worms need modern medicine and not ground up insect fossils. I don't rate in particulay highly for poultry either but it has its place in the bedding.
