Cranfield
Being an AA member I get their email/newsletter. In this months it is reminding all Company vehicle drivers, that they are not permitted to smoke in their vehicles, from 1st July. I didn't realise that company cars, vans and lorries, were being classified as a "workplace". This might catch a few people out.
Oly
Only if they potentially are used by more than one person...which would be most I think!

Spaniel
We have been issued with No Smoking stickers to display in our company cars, but I have no idea how the Police are going to check if you are a company car driver or not if seen smoking in your car. All a bit far fetched I think and Im a Non smoker Cheers

bbjunkie
This happened in Scotland as well when the law came in, they would go outside the pub with their pints and then people were getting done for drinking in a public place
BSA Shaun
When I was in Eire they had designated places outside where you could smoke, it was very well done I must say. Luckily I quit the day before new years eve and haven't touched one since
