walt1980
Art shops sell polystyrene rings for wreaths for that sort of thing. The Mrs did one covered in sweets!
ehb102
I have two slabs of AGL's own Lyalvale 21g fibre waiting for me, and I will be using the empties for just this kind of project! Hot glue gun and polystyrene wreath base. Stick a bow on when you're done. There are some amazing ones that come up for sale on Etsy. I have a shooting chum who makes cartridge fairy lights. I did Christmas tree baubles with empty cartridges in last year.
