First time I've actually watched it done and wondered as he was smashing in the new primers if any of you reloaders have had a primer go off on the install ? figgy Posted October 31, 2017 Report Share Posted October 31, 2017 Watched a fella on tv or internet see if he could re prime a primer with match heads, It worked too and went on to explain how primers work inside. deershooter Posted November 1, 2017 Report Share Posted November 1, 2017 Well it seems I'm the first' I was rushing to finish a box of reloads about 10 years ago on a Mec 600 when a piece of lead shot went in the primer station on pulling the handle down the primer went off with so much force the press handle shot up riping it out my hand .
