Red-dot
My worming tablets are £9.50 each from the 3 vets i'm registered but can be bought online for half that. I need 6 at a time for my 3 Chessies but the online vet meds want a prescription from a vet which i feel would be a bit cheeky asking for. Is there any way around this as i worm every 3 months? landy george
It will cost you as well for a prescription from the vet, think its about £16 if I remember right from mine.

landy george
I get all my drontal plus on-line as its cheaper, my pup was done with Milbemax from the vet & I won't be using that again. I just shop around for the best price Edited November 14, 2017 by landy george
Pigeon Shredder.
Always used to add 1/2 a clove of chopped garlic to my border terriers meal a couple of times a week and that did the job for him. Lived to be 16 and l don't think he had a worming tablet after coming to me as a pup. Just don't give them too much, google garlic for dogs and it covers all you need to know. walshie
Drontal plus for our dogs every 3 months.
CharlieT
I too use Drontal which can be bought online without prescription. Milbemax requires a veterinary prescription, it's main advantage is it kills Heartworm, but as Heartworm is not found in UK bred dogs, I as I said, use Drontal.
