It had been expected the link would be published at 5pm today. NE is planning to temporarily withdraw current General Licences from a minute to midnight (23.59pm) tonight. Cranfield Posted April 25, 2019 Report Share Posted April 25, 2019 I suspect they are horrified with the prospect of trying to process over half a million (potentially) applications. Its ridiculous for any support for individual licensing, not only will it involve delays and miles of red tape, it will also be an excuse to charge fees. Much better to have just an open General Licence, as we have had in the past. It may need tidying up a bit, but its not completely broken.
