Wet wedding

Thanks for the all the messages of support for last week.

Wedding went very well if not a little damp, at 11am while practising speech the rain was coming down so hard you could only see about 50 yards. Managed to pick the weekend of the worst flooding for 60 years to get married on.

Had to delay wedding for an hour as several guests were stuck on the M4 due to flooding and landslides. However by 5pm everyone had arrived and the wedding went ahead ok and weather cleared up for the photos afterwards.

A good time had by all and still find it a bit weird being married despite the fact we've been together for 9 1/2 years already.

Well done, glad it all came good in the end.

You see in a way you have already faced a bit of challenge together and it all went OK.

LB hit the nail on the head, sometimes you have to work at it.

I have done 17 years already and I find it almost frightening that we have never had a proper falling out over anything

But I guess the fact I am never at home helps :D

Cheers guys

Can't believe it only in 2nd week of marriage and she's decided that I need to start budgeting and pay off some of my vast credit card debts so have got a fixed amount I can spend per week on non essentials. Think I might have to cut back on non-essential pub visits and gadgets for a bit.

Suppose it's for my own good
