Walker570
The farm where I shoot most of my magpies is having a big upheaval and building a new dry cow shed and putting in new drainage etc etc. My original blind was in the way and had to go, so a new one was required. the farmer provided me with an IBC frame and I already had a partly built four poster which I chopped the top off and set the ibc on top of that and it would give me a safe angle into the slurry pits area with the air rifle and a 20-25yrd shot range. Got it mostly constructed now and just need to put in a floor so I can put a seat in it to see what height I need fo the roof. I will make the roof hinged so it can be lifted up for access. I will line the ibc with some marine ply I have from the old blind. It should be spot on. Maggies are already coming in for feed. I shot over 300 out of the old blind and they still keep coming. Old farrier
Very good nice to see 👍 although your gravel needs raking and the gate could do with a spot of creosote😂😂

The joy of building something like that is that it is all stuff that would have gone for scrap, given a new life.
