ditchman Posted May 15, 2020 Report Share Posted May 15, 2020 pig nut tubers...they grow on a rizome from a plant that is similar to a small version of cow parsley........pignuts will grow to about the size of a childs thumb and can be eaten in salads.... thats what they look like to me ......
