Lovely picture, high summer, whats the estuary ?

Thank you. The Exe looking from the east. Above the two overlapping trees on the right-ish where there's a dip in the skyline you can see Dartmoor.

Just being able to get out is good ! Any shooting is a bonus really, especially with that scenery.

Ain't that a fact! I'm one of the extremely vulnerable mob and have only just escaped.

Had over 200 feasting on a poor thin crop of wheat but every time I have had time to get in there not one single pigeon has shown in the sky for at least two miles in any direction.

Then drive up to top my squirrel feeder up and a hundred get off.    Grrrrrrrrr!!!!    Will try again once this impending rain clears up.

Might be that white shaggy carpet on your head scaring them off - you cut it yet? :)

Yes, trimmed back now.  PLUS I had on full camo and tucked in a blackthorn bush. Top of hill and can see at least two miles almost all round, not a movement for two hours.

Story of my life BUT it makes the good days even better:good:
