TIGHTCHOKE
I am surprised the Beaver is on the endangered list, seem to be doing very well in the areas where they have been re-introduced. Will the conservationists accept that the badgers need reducing in numbers? Edited August 1, 2020 by TIGHTCHOKE

vmaxphil
I'm sure they'll blame the poor farmers who are trying to feed an overpopulated country

Around where i live you only have to count the amount of roadkill badgers to see that badger numbers are really high. the only roadkill foxes I see are usually very young. considering I live within half a mile of a shooting estate I would have expected to see more fox roadkill than badger around the main road that goes past it. islandgun
No mention is made of the predator control that is undertaken to help maintain levels of Voles, ground nesting birds and Red squirrels though... This is where BASC and the rest should be speaking out

Think they have learned easy meals can be had from roadkill, end up roadkill themselves.
