Scully
Personally I’d just look for any sxs I liked. For peace of mind, if you’re unsure regarding chokes, find one choked no tighter than half and you’re good to go. A good example would be a AYA 3” mag’ model. I've used/use a AYA no 3 Magnum 1/4-1/2 choke and shot hundreds upon hundreds of HP Steel along with homeload Steel sizes from 5's to B's

If you put a xFull or xxFull choke in then your gun becomes non steel proof.

Both my previous Fabarms did the same, steel throughout the full range.

Dangerous Brian
If you can find one, Webley and Scott did a SXS 2012, 2512 and 3012 series a few years ago. 3" chamber steel proofed and multi choke. If you go up market, you could have a look the Beretta Parabello.
