Well, these were on their last day 17th, I wasn't sure how many I needed so I did all 15 but I could have got 2 more in. They weren't big eggs though.

Just bought 15 more eggs to do some more.

How long can you keep them in vinegar as I have only just started eating the last lot?

As long as jar is sealed, basically indefinitely, but once open would eat within 3 months.

Love ‘em but they attack my guts, so rarely have them 😞

Easy enough to make, though, as has already been said.

Ditto.

Love ‘em and decent slug of low fat protein but the next day it’s an unhappy experience.

Mind you, if I had a bidet I’d probably eat them everyday 😝

🤣🤣🤣 funny this has raised its head again as I am just about to do some tomorrow with distilled vinegar to see if there is any difference in taste from the malt vinegar. The ones you see in the shops are in distilled.

Half malt vinegar, half pickling vinegar, I find good.

Peeled the eggs and some garlic and put them in a jar with distilled vinegar.

See what these taste like in 3 weeks.

Note to myself, don't put garlic in with eggs,  not too keen on the taste. Or is it the distilled vinegar?
