ShootingEgg
So tonight, every supermarket advert I've seen has been banging on about veganuary and all the processed **** you can buy. Why not now be saying support British suppliers... Rather than food thats done more miles that all cars on my drive combined.

Scully
An ‘ethical butcher’ popped up on an Instagram feed some time ago, and all seemed well until someone asked her what she was actually butchering. She didn’t reply and wasn’t seen again. I have no idea if it’s the same one. Edited January 3, 2021 by Scully Missed a word out!

I think the thing we need is to be honest about where the food comes from. If then people still buy food that has done thousands of food miles then its up to them and their arguments are void. I know that i have been buying local since march. And my meat is either hunted or sourced from friends farms, of course I buy some from shops but try to keep it British or local farm shops. 12gauge82
We need a national drive to buy British produce where possible and with brexit its the perfect time to do it. I've been doing it recently and I know some others who are doing the same.
JTaylor91
We always buy British meat. Also try to buy in season British veg. Fruit is a little harder.
