henry d
I`d love to be there if they had given this quote in a tribunal "...... at the end of the day they are employed to do a job of work not be shopping online." I thought at the end of the day they went home B) Seriously, how do managers in 20-25K jobs have time to do this, if I were in that area I`d be asking questions ! Graham M
I listened to this on the news earlier, and had to laugh at the union rep’s comment. “This is the fault of managers who allowed them to do this; they shouldn’t have had the temptation put in front of themâ€. So if you are caught speeding in your company car…..it’s you bosses fault for allowing you to drive it. B) G.M.

Dunkield
I am just waiting for the day this is brought up by my manager. My only line of defence will be that I don't smoke, so I don't leave my desk for 15 miniutes in the hour to walk the statutory 20 yards away from the building to spark up a fag. I go on PW instead, hopefully, it is better for me long term health B) Again, in my defence, your honour I only go Facebook to see who has foolishly uploaded 'unsuitable' pictures of themselves, some people where I work must spend 3-4 hours a day getting their pages to look the way they do

Dunkield
Me too a lot of the time, but as I have to VPN into the corporate LAN to do my job, my activities could still be tracked. Of course if I wasn't lazy I would use 2 computers . . .
Mungler
2 hours a day? Is that all? I will be reporting myself to myself and I expect to be disciplined quite firmly.
