Joe180
Bought a brand new xs pro two weeks ago, after a couple of shots the trigger seized up,I rang the shop I purchased it from which was 75 miles away ,and they told me to take it to my nearest browning dealer which was park lodge and they would pick it up the very next day which was over a week ago, I rang browning today to see if they had sorted the problem, their answer was we have forgot to pick it up from park lodge we will pick it up tomorrow Thursday .😤🤬

bruno22rf
Within 2 weeks I'm pretty sure you can ask for a replacement, think you have 30 days to reject the gun.
TIGHTCHOKE
Which shop did you buy it from? They appear to be unable to sort out what should be a relatively minor problem and fail to understand what good customer service is.
oldypigeonpopper
Hello, these companies are all trying it on, look at BSA, HW, sometimes Air Arms, many importers, once you buy a product via a RFD and have a problem getting something done about it is another matter, Edited September 16, 2021 by oldypigeonpopper

DUNKS
I am sure they are wrong. Gun not fit for purpose. Swop for new gun. I think you lose these rights if you accept to have it repaired. .I may be wrong but I have bought faulty cameras in the past and always swopped for another. Of course they do try it on.
