harrycatcat1
I have just read that they were visible in Derbyshire last night, did you see them in the UK? https://www.derbyshiretimes.co.uk/lifestyle/outdoors/halloween-northern-lights-spotted-over-derbyshire-3439879?amp
stumpy69
This was Sunday night taken from the top of the Cairn o mount in Aberdeenshire. Just to add a lot of these photos you see is not what you see with the naked eye! all we could see was a faint green glow. A 15 second shutter speed was needed to get these photos (I may be wrong as these were taken by my Mrs, I was just the driver to get to the top of the hill. There is an app available which gives you alerts or website www.aurora-alerts.co.uk Edited November 2, 2021 by stumpy69

Jonty
I saw them last night from the yorkshire dales. Took some terrible pics with my mobile but you can make them out. I've just been tinkering with the settings on my wifes DSLR to see if i can get something better tonight. As luck would have it the camera will screw into the top of my primos trigger sticks 😀 so I've even got a tripod to go with a long exposure photo. Here's one of the duff iphone pics
harrycatcat1
They reckon that they have been seen as far south as Devon.
Minky
I thought that I could see it but it turned out to be soon old granny taking her dog for a walk with her path torch. 😊😊
