NoBodyImportant
Long day but I bought a Youth Browning 1911. Its 85% scale of a WW2 1911. I bought my son a 75% Ruger single action bearcat and he loved it so I grabbed this for him to carry around the farm. I’m really getting into the scaled down guns also. It’s 22lr and seems to run cheap bulk ammo flawlessly.

enfieldspares
Well I never! Thank you for posting that. Back in the day I had the (full size) 22-25 conversion unit with its floating chamber. I hope your son enjoys his gift.

I have the sig sauer 1911 in 22lr also but my son struggles to hold it out as it heavy. This one is aluminum frame and slide so it almost feels like a plastic toy. I shot it to verify it works and sighted it in. So it will get wrapped for Christmas. He plays WW1 and Ww2 games so he is really into that era of guns. Keystone has the mini mosin and rumor has it that they are releasing the mini enfield at shot show. I will definitely be getting the mini enfield. Another one of my mini guns in the NNA 22lrs
Scully
I would love a little NAA in .22 Mag’, but even the LR version would do! 🙂As a shooting man I hope you never stop appreciating just how fortunate you are. I could even live with the Republic of California’s comparatively silly laws, compared to our own. Wouldn’t be my first choice of States, however….
