If it sounds too good to be true it usually is! The only thing I can think is it is someone who has goods "drop shipped". That's (as far as I understand) when you...CUSTOMER buys from SELLER and that seller then buys (at trade rates) from DISTRIBUTOR and has the distributor then ship directly to you...CUSTOMER...with an invoice for the item at retail price marked "paid" or sometimes with no invoice. Be aware that what SELLER says about import duties may not be what UK Customs decide!

they are pal, wondered if anyone else had seen them and enquired. says paypal accepted also

Despite what most people will tell you , PayPal is no guarantee of anything . My Mrs has been scammed through PayPal several times ( always when goods or money are sent abroad). The best advice that PayPal ( and eBay )give , is don't sell or buy from abroad , because that how most of the scams happen 🙄.

In all honesty , you may well receive a thicknesser,  and it might even be yellow , but that's probably as close to dewalt as it'll be.

I've got quite a bit of dewalt stuff( I really rate it for the price) , and whenever I want an item , I just look on the dewalt site , and find the most appropriate supplier from their list. 👍

I enquired about a Dewalt battery chainsaw and 4 batteries, for £73! I was directed to a fairly slick (but newly set up and unreviewed website) and didn't go any further. Seemed too good to be true, has to be a scam somewhere.

My Mrs bought me the 18v chainsaw for Christmas,  and it's a decent little piece of kit 👍.

Yep . You can bet that loads of people do get scammed , especially if you aren't tech savvy , and don't have somewhere like pw to ask the questions.
