Cosmicblue
So Putin and his team probably thought invading Ukraine would be a complete doddle, thought as it was a non-Nato country that the West would make a fuss but not do anything especially significant. A few days in and Putin finds that there is more of a consolidated international will to limit Russian aggression - a calculated risk has gone sour and his reputation internationally is in the bin/looking like a dinosaur from the 1960s. No support at home from the Russian people who are going to see their troops coming home body bags in a war that no-one wanted. Now we read Putin is upping the stakes with nuclear sabre rattling - a sign of desperation perhaps as the blow-back of this folly is going to wash back over him and his government - the stuff that ignites a revolution. What's next I wonder - military coup in Russia?

I also doubt they look at Pigeon Watch for clues. Lol, this. Plus Putin isn’t going to attack American equipment. He might not admit it but his highest priorities is to not bring the US to this fight. We want to stay out of this but an attack would unite the US against him and Congress would be forced to act. America feeds off of war time military manufacturing. We have a disgusting amount of military equipment stockpiled. As for looking at PW no they may not but its a butterfly effect of people talking to people and suddenly everyone knows, information is like a jigsaw puzzle and sometimes all an enemy needs is one missing piece that on its own looks totally insignificant and suddenly they have the full picture.
